Overview:
As our HR Junior Executive - Generalist, you are mainly responsible for supporting the HR Department in planning good compensation schemes and managing an ever growing pipeline of workers interested in joining Nimbus.
Job Duties:
- Maintain and update crew level employment records;
- update passport number / expiry date for foreign crews
- update work pass expiry date for foreign crews
- check user contracts for all staff level
- Issue confirmation letters or salary revision letters, where applicable.
- Keep track of employee training requirements and records, and sign employees up for training, whenever necessary.
- Conduct daily checks on crew’s timesheets - ensure ground crew have been checking in and out accurately (looking out for inaccurate locations etc.)
- Flag up inconsistencies of check ins/outs, inaccurate supervisor approvals to HR.
- Assist with any other ad hoc duties which may be assigned by the Director from time to time.
