Responsibilities:

As the HR Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing and orchestrating the entire spectrum of HR operations for our company, ensuring the seamless functioning of our workforce and fostering a culture of growth and engagement. Reporting to [Senior Management/Head of Operations], you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies and policies while catering to the diverse needs of our employees.

Your key duties will include:

  1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
  • Develop and execute robust recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding procedures.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and strategize recruitment efforts.
  1. HR Operations Management:
  • Lead and manage HR operational functions, including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with Singaporean labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  1. Employee Engagement and Development:
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to nurture employee skills and career growth.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  1. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable remuneration packages.
  • Collaborate with finance to manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy in compensation-related matters.
  1. HR Strategy and Compliance:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term organizational goals.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.


Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm


Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a company with 200+ employees.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singaporean employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant field; HR certifications are advantageous.
