Responsibilities:

As our Human Resources Executive, you are mainly responsible for managing recruitment and maintaining employment records. This role involves handling salary calculations, updating leave records, coordinating training programs, preparing employee documents, and assisting with performance appraisals. You'll play a key role in fostering a supportive and efficient workplace, ensuring our team thrives and grows.

Your key duties will include:

  • Manage and be responsible for the recruitment and selection of crew level positions, e.g. job postings and candidate profile screenings;
  • Maintain and update crew level employment records;
  • Maintain and update candidate database;
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salary components, such as overtime, monthly allowances, employee expense claims on twice-a-month basis, in accordance to the Company’s remuneration policy;
  • Attend to enquiries from employees regarding the Company’s HR policies;
  • Accurately update and maintain all employee leave records;
  • Spearhead other ad hoc employee related matters such as work injury claims, insurance renewals etc.;
  • Ensure all training requirements are met and liaise with training agencies, making arrangements for employees to participate in the necessary training and development programs;
  • Preparation of employee related letters and documents, e.g. employment letters, salary revision letters, etc.
  • Administer crew level employees’ performance appraisals and confirmation of employment review processes with the relevant hiring managers;
  • Assist with any other ad hoc duties which may be assigned by the Director from time to time.

Working hours:

9:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary range:

RM4,200 to RM6,000 (based on relevant work experience).

Required Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage various tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Verbal and written fluency in the English language required.
  • Verbal and written fluency in Mandarin preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
